Mixed Feelings About My Stay
thin walls infrequent housekeeping
I found a couple of things quite annoying. First, the walls are too thin. I could hear conversations from the next room (it's frustrating when you can't sleep because of that). housekeeping only comes once every seven days. This felt too infrequent for a hotel stay, especially since the room could get quite dusty and there were limited cleaning supplies available.

great solarium warm staff easy check-in process convenient luggage storage
I adored the solarium. It was a real treat. the staff exuded warmth and eagerness to help. it was reassuring to know i could leave my luggage after checking out, freeing me to explore a bit more. the easy check-in process was very helpful.
the soundproofing wasn't perfect. i could hear noises from other guests.

The rooms look totally renovated. Everything is in place. I loved the dishwashing kit! It included a new sponge, detergent, and cloth. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very kind. I also like the pool area on the roof!

staff assistance late arrival low sofabed poor soundproofing
the hotel staff sent messages and waited until i arrived after 2300.
the room i booked said it has two single beds and a sofabed, instead i found a double bed and a sofabed, that sofabed was so low, sleeping on it felt as if i was on the floor. also, the rooms don't have much soundproofing.

useful smart-tv good sleep quality modern bathroom friendly employees
the room had a useful smart-tv, great for streaming. I appreciated the well kept air conditioning, as it provided very good sleep QUALITY. the modern bathroom included shampoo and shower gel , which was very convenient. friendly employees were a noticeable positive .
the pool seemed a bit small, and the availability of loungers was limited, so it made relaxing there challenging.

The room included a microwave, a fridge and utensils. I could easily get extra towels and washing machines were available on the underground floor. Self check-in on my phone made everything simple. The hotel is located among cafes and supermarkets, convenient for getting supplies.
The room I booked was advertised as having two single beds and a sofabed, but we were provided with a double bed and a sofabed instead. The sofabed was about 15cm off the ground, feel uncomfortably close to sleeping on the floor.
